We love to see our visitors discover Cape East, you are our greatest ambassadors and we know you take amazing photographs. When we see something we are inspired by, we sometimes ask permission to use that image/video in our own channels. The photos are published primarily on our website to give other customers a glimpse of how it is to visit Cape East. They may in some cases also be published in one of our other channels ex Instagram, Facebook or Newsletters. The text that belongs to the image, both captions and comments, we can choose to publish in original or edited form, or not to publish if we have been allowed to use the image. If you agree that we publish your image, use the hashtag #yescapeeast when you post the image, or in response to the comments if we have sent a request to use it.

SOCIAL MEDIA 

We want to encourage you as a follower on our social media to keep a good tone and respect each other on our social channels. Therefore, we have developed a policy with guidelines where we clarify what is not okay and therefore will be removed on our Social Media.

We encourage all our guests to leave reviews after their visit, but are grateful if you first leave your comments via the form sent to your e-mail at check-out or that you tell about your experience to our reception at check-out. This gives us a better opportunity to take action.

Cape East does not discuss issues of compensation or crime on social media. These questions must be sent by e-mail, telephone or directly on site.

Cape East may delete comments or posts that contain the following:

For all hotels that are part of the Pite Havsbad Group, you have the opportunity to become a customer club member when you book accommodation at one of our hotels. The customer club gives you the opportunity to keep up with what is happening with us and take advantage of exclusive membership offers, priority on accommodation and tickets to our entertainment and beach parties, free rebooking and participate in raffles that take place throughout the year.
 

BOOKING TERMS  

Here you can read the conditions that apply to booking, payment, cancellation and check-in and check-out. If no special agreement has been reached, the following rules apply to you as a guest with us at Cape East. For conferences and group bookings, special rules apply.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We do not store anything in our websites digital databases for more than a year.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Information TV broadcast 9 november​

Information November 9 – Reserved for live TV broadcast part of the day. Our spa will be reserved for a TV recording and closed to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on November 9.

In the evening, we’ll host a Midnight Spa.
We welcome our guests after 6:00 p.m., with the spa open until midnight.
