Welcome to a undemanding  morning class where your whole self is welcome just the way you are.

No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome. Hotel guests, local residents as well as tourists. Feel free to blend into your day form through your natural breath.

We start this morning with a nice meditation and in a consistent way transition into a little more movement to wake the body with new energy – from the inside out.

Information

Yoga mats and blankets can be borrowed.

The sessions will be held in the loft of our mansion building between the reception and the restaurant. The class can be guided in swedish and english if neccessary.

About the retreat

Two relaxing days with yoga, meditation, breathingexercises, spa and workshops. No prior experience is needed to participate. You are welcome just the way you are.

This package includes:

  • All meals – breakfast 1x, lunch 2x, dinner 1x and snacks.
  • Yoga
  • Accommodation – Superior double room (
  • Yoga mats and props are available.

Equipment to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes for the yoga,
  • warm socks
  • sweater / hoodie
  • bathingsuit (possibly, not set if needed)
