We love to see our visitors discover Cape East, you are our greatest ambassadors and we know you take amazing photographs. When we see something we are inspired by, we sometimes ask permission to use that image\/video in our own channels. The photos are published primarily on our website to give other customers a glimpse of how it is to visit Cape East. They may in some cases also be published in one of our other channels ex Instagram, Facebook or Newsletters. The text that belongs to the image, both captions and comments, we can choose to publish in original or edited form, or not to publish if we have been allowed to use the image. If you agree that we publish your image, use the hashtag #yescapeeast when you post the image, or in response to the comments if we have sent a request to use it.<\/p>\n

By responding to our request with the hashtag #yes<\/strong>capeeast<\/strong>, you agree to the following: <\/strong><\/p>\n

You provide Cape East, a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any pictures you have responded with #yescapeeast, hereinafter referred to as \u201dpicture”, in their marketing and \/ or advertising, Including in the gallery on the website, newsletters, social media, e-mail, other customer communications and other marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

Hereby certify and certify that (i) you own all of your rights to your pictures, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your pictures by Cape East will violate any third party’s rights or violate any law.<\/p>\n

Hereby, you release Cape East from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Cape East and all persons acting for Cape Easts from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.<\/p>\n

We want to encourage you as a follower on our social media to keep a good tone and respect each other on our social channels. Therefore, we have developed a policy with guidelines where we clarify what is not okay and therefore will be removed on our Social Media.<\/p>\n

We encourage all our guests to leave reviews after their visit, but are grateful if you first leave your comments via the form sent to your e-mail at check-out or that you tell about your experience to our reception at check-out. This gives us a better opportunity to take action.<\/p>\n
